My #CRAFTfest experience

ColaCreations has been involved in Craftfest for too many years to remember!  In fact I don't know the date of the first event I took part in, but I know I enjoyed it and learnt a lot!  I guess I am what you would now call a Craftfest veteran!
Being involved in Craftfest is so much more to me than just making sales.  I've made new friends and learned new skills.  I never entered any Craftfest event thinking I was going to be inundated with sales without a bit of work from myself, and I think that is a key thing to remember.  Like with anything the more you put in, the more you get out!

The success of each Craftfest event is partly due to  the community spirit!  Craftfest is a crafting community. If we ALL help promote the event then we will ALL benefit!

But Craftfest isn't just about making sales and networking, it is about learning.  I have learned so much about social media marketing since I first started.  From Facebook to Twitter to Pinterest, StumbleUpon and more recently Instagram (in fact I think I have now become an Instagram addict - is the such a thing as IA - Instagram Anonymous??)

If you would like to take part in a crafting event that allows you to meet new friends, increase your social networking presence, learn new skills and make some sales then take part in the next Craftfest event!  TO find our more, click here.
